I was contacted via email and provided a chapter from a novel. I was instructed to translate the content from Mandarin to English (paragraph by paragraph while keeping the original content) as a test.

There were no verbal interviews involved but they had a translation test that you would need to complete within three days. The entire process was done seamlessly and they responded very fast through email.
