I took a written test to evaluate problem solving and other basic skills related to the job. I was then called in to do an interview with the department head and one of the managers. They both asked me questions. I remember the interview being a lot of fun. We were even laughing and having a good time. I had never had such a great interview. It was relaxed and I knew when I left that there was a good chance I had the job.
