Applied online. Got a call about one week later for an in person interview. Arrived at the store and had an interview with the store manager. It consisted of questions about my knowledge of cars and tools (e.g. What is a CVT transmission? What is plastigauge?). Only missed one question. The manager said that I did well and that he would contact the district manager to set up an interview with me; said that if he didn't call within a week give him a call back. The district manager didn't call so I called the manager back. Within a hour the district manger called and set up another in person interview. The interview consisted typical interview questions (e.g. Why do tou want to work here? Where do you see yourself in 5 year?). Got a call the next day with a job offer

The interview process was as dry and stale as you are going to get with a post-Covid interview by a large corporation. You feel like a number before the manager even shakes your hand.
