There was one interview which was with the Store Manager. The typical questions were asked, such as the reason why I would want to work for a company such as O'Reilly Auto Parts, hours of availability, my experience with automobiles. The interview was not long and I was notified soon about my job offer from the store manager.

After over a month of trying to get an application to actually submit on indeed, I was scheduled for an initial interview that I feel went quite well and was told that I would be given a second interview before any hiring decisions were made. It has now been nearly 4 months and I STILL haven't heard back from them to schedule a second interview and all of my "career finding" apps have continued to show the positions that I've applied to as open
