It was quick and easy. You had to take a test to be able to move on to the interview process but it just deals with numbers and matching to see if it was correct or not.

It was a pretty standard interview with super basic questions. The interview took maybe five minutes and then there was a small test to see if you could find errors easily between two sequences of numbers

It was easy because they were very short staffed and have a very bad turnover rate, they will hire just about anyone. They asked very basic questions and the whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They give you a tour of the warehouse too.
