Very casual interview. One on one meeting with the manager. Really went out of the way to make things comfortable for both parties, and allow clear communication. HR did 2 screening calls, then I was setup with an in person interview with the hiring manager.

Some typical structured questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your greatest strengths for this position? Etc... Also, some more personal, and casual questions. What do you enjoy doing? How did you like your college experience?
