I applied online and 3 days later I had an email offering me a telephone interview. The telephone interview just asked about current experience and a couple competency questions. At the end of the call the interviewer offered me a face to face interview for the following week. For the face to face you’re required to make a short presentation and SWOT analysis based on a fictional store with data provided in the brief. The face to face interview lasted about an hour and was a really positive experience. I had a call from the recruitment team a week later to give me feedback and offer me the position.

Applied online and received a telephone interview. Fairly general questions about why you want to work for O2 etc then got put through to a teams call with Area Manager. Had to complete 2 tasks in preparation and present them on the call. Got asked different scenario questions and examples of from my previous work. Was told I would hear back by end of following week by phone. Didn’t hear anything, emailed original recruiter for feedback, said it hasn’t been filled and will be in touch following week. Didn’t hear anything so chased again, same response so waited another week. And now not replying to emails. Understand if I was unsuccessful but would appreciate some feedback for future! Unless your face fits they ain’t bothered about you
