1st interview: group interview with 5 other students, panel of 4 O2E employees. Mostly personality questions
2nd interview: individual with 2 direct reporting managers on the team. Had to complete an Excel test before the interview, discussed answers with managers
3rd interview: individual with CFO, mostly personality and career aspiration questions
