I scheduled a video call with a recruiter, and as soon as the call started, she just lost focus and started yawning non-stop. How can a recruiter lose interest in less than a 1-minute conversation? This made me realize that all this "we're a people company" thing is just PR. It opened my eyes. I will never want to have a business or work with O2E, 1-800-GOT-JUNK , WOW One Day Painting, etc.
