There are two stages, firstly you talk to HR. Then you get a technical interview and the interviewer is mostly a cold-blooded technically so experienced person. The interviewer asks you technical questions and tries to measure your approach to a problem, and then the live coding stage starts. The interviewer gives you 30 minutes and watches how you solve the problem. It is not that important to solve the problem but the approach matters. That was my experience and I am happy about it.

they give a test contains three steps. first step has 40 multiple choice question about my technical skills. second step is to test my hands-on experience (code writing). last step is they record a video and you talk about your previous experience and they ask some system design questions.
