the interview process was pretty straight forward. They asked if I would be able to commit to the job and do the job with some level of competency and integrity. So they ask questions about yourself like what you do in your free time and do you have a office at home that you can work from that is suitable for the job at hand. Are you okay with being 1099. The most important question is do you have a real estate lic? which is mandatory to work with ocpropertyrentals.
