Was requested for a total of 3 video interviews and interviews with the department were with what seemed like peers for the role they were hiring for and not the hiring manager. Was asked to upload all sorts of personal documents after the second interview with HR including credit bureau report, past payslips and educational certificates which should not have been asked at this stage if they are not going to confirm the position. Most of the interviewers did not turn on the video camera which made the interview experience weird.

Ghosted despite follow up email was sent to the recruiter. The process was effective as both way communication instilled amongst recruiter, hiring manager and myself. Somehow I was ghosted like nowhere in anywhere or anyhow!

Interview scheduler scheduled perfectly.
Two interviews one with two VPs. Asked all technical questions
Such as java thread dumping, debugging, analysis, java related questions.
Second round happened with two VPs and HR. That went smoothly. Hr asked to upload documents on the portal.
All sensitive documents including a credit bureau check. Not sure why they need that.
But after2 weeks they said they are not moving forward with the application.
Total waste of time and they didn't even send me any feedback email.
I have to go in to the portal and find out the application status is not forwarding.
Pls respect the candidates time and effort.
