Round 1 - hiring manager & head of department - we talked about my background and how I can contribute to the team - nothing difficult, it felt more like a pitch to me Round 2 - HR round - just to review compensation expectations HR came back in 2 weeks with a lowball offer. OCBC is very focused on years of experience rather than quality of experience (i.e. 7 years at a poor organization would be more valued than 4 years at well regarded organizations)

HR was very prompt in getting back to my application. There was an initial screening call where we discussed broadly my current role and position, and near term plans. The first interview was with the hiring manager. She was very pleasant and polite. About 75% of the questions were technical to test my familiarity with similar products and system. The remaining parts were focused on team and company fit and culture.
