I applied through online job portal. After a week i got a call from the recruiter and scheduled phone interview with her and the phone screen was about acheivements , previous experience and basic security questions and then i had an video call with information security officer which was about my current experinece with security and technical questions . I finally cracked these interviews and got call from hr saying that we will move ahead but then they did not understand my visa status and they are not willing to sponsor visa .They do not want to complicate their hiring process and so they decided to look for other candidates
