Thank you for your feedback, but there seems to be some confusion. Health insurance is a “benefit” and all full-time employees are offered the opportunity to participate in our group health insurance after a successful 90-day period. If you already have other insurance (such as on a spouse’s policy) you are welcome to keep it, OR you may join our group policy. Either option is available for all full-time employees. In addition to offering a health insurance benefit, we contribute a significant portion to the cost of the monthly premium for those who wish to participate in our group plan. We hope this helps clarify.
