The interview process was not too long. I applied for the position and progressed through 3-4 rounds fairly well, including a lengthy in-person at the office. Everything was great. But then when the offer came, it was not for the position I interviewed for, but something lower in seniority that I didn't apply for. When I tried negotiating to get it closer to what I was looking for, the offer was pulled off the table.
