The Interview of 20 minute with general Manager who was at that time trying to establish the new office in Montreal .He explained all the activities of company but the job post was some how uncertain and not well-defined. Interview how ever was well organized and the General manager was the decision maker. How ever it takes two weeks for the second Interview. Next Interview was skype interview with owner in France and He spend 30 minutes on the details of my experiences in my previous jobs. The second Interview was relatively easier and less of description for the job and Company . All in all it was related to my background unless other wise the explanation of the job was really vague and unclear.

I had a great experience with company recruitment process. 1. It started with one interview with hiring manager. 2. I had a follow-up interview with director. 3. I received an offer.
