Colleague interview: product related question. Your ability and your past experience related to product development.
Head management interview: product related question. Discussed about a favorite app and how you gonna generate growth on it.
HRBP interview: general question and personal developement.

The first round of the interview is with HR, and they will briefly ask about your employment background. Please introduce yourself and explain why you want to join this company.

3 weeks after online application, first round interview invited (basically three rounds in total). Online interviewed in both English and Chinese with the line manager in the future if you are offered.

Basically go through the resume and project experience, including some technical and behavioral questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict with stakeholders. How did you handle it?", "Can you introduce an option pricing method?"
Good interview process, Initial rounds were friendly conversations for me to share my experience. Eventual senior person could not speak English, But eventually after getting to the final round, was not clear why I did not get the job
