Two interviews, with a recruiter and an HR manager. The overall process was kinda slow, although smooth. The HR Manager was able to ask good questions and actually listen to my answers and explanation attentively. I waited for more than one week to get a final answer.

HR is nice but the Manager is quite different, she sounded like she wanted to threaten me about KPI, pressure this might be.
1 hour and nearly 30 minutes
Pros:

✔️ Focus on culture + domain knowledge
Cons:
❌ Inconsistency in interviewer quality
❌ Occasional unclear/irrelevant questions
❌ Interviewers were distracted/not prepared
