The hiring HR has a good understanding of the position's criteria and can explain it clearly to me with high transparency. Although there are multiple rounds of interviews, I can understand these are the people that are necessary to meet to ensure we can work as a team after onboarding. Overall, I am happy with the process and love the people I have met so far!
