More or less spent a few hours showing me the office and explaining what they did. They did, however, have me do some online aptitude/personality test. It was a lot more of a show and tell experience than asking me questions

They asked me some basic controls theory questions and my comfort level with various software packages.
Very to the point, tells you how it is, ask you what you can offer, ask about previous experience, explains what they do, business history, how they operate, talks about salary, your future at the company.

My interview went great I actually had a better experience in my interview than working on the floor at company and I also have experience on learning how to oversee machinery operating.
