My roommate had been an intern the summer before and referred me to his former boss. I had two rounds of interviews, one with a senior analyst and one with a VP. Standard behavioral interview questions, no technical questions.
Very straightforward interview process, interview rounds with hiring manager and then eventually VP. Some behavioural questions as well. Overall good experience and everyone interacted with was very nice and supportive.

One round, mostly behavioural questions, no technical for the asset management role. Would know why you're interested in that specific asset class or function of the business. Really there to judge your personality and fit.
