Clear and concise process. In the midst of the current COVID19 pandemic, OMERS had contacted me via email for an initial phone screening. Upon the screening being completed, about a week after I contacted the recruiter (just to follow up as I was told that the position may or may not be on hold... as it depends upon the COVID19 circumstances, which is understandable). However, I was interviewed twice within the next 2 week period (1st video interview with 2 people already on the team and 1 phone interview with the hiring manager). Everything went great, it felt more like a conversation of my background and technical skills and less like an interview, which was great!
The process was overall fairly quick, especially with the current circumstances and that many companies are not hiring at all during this time. Hiring process took about a month (from initial screening via phone to the final offer).
