The interview was three rounds. First with HR who is very nice. They help prepare you and will be fully supportive. The second is with team and finally someone else on extended team. The questions vary.

Long and quantitative process with many technical questions. Quiet interviewer which makes the process harder in my opinion. No follow up email after 2nd round interview. Interview was an hour long.

Initial HR screen was pretty straightforward. Basic behavioral Qs about why OMERS, why you etc. the HR screen was followed by a chat with their investment team which dove deeper into your own investment style, what things to look out for et cetera.
