Beware of the bait and switch. Recruiter screened me for a Senior Analyst role, sat in for 2 x 1 hour interviews for Senior role with Manager + VP, but they ended up giving me an offer just for Analyst.
Company tried to sway me with an additional 5K in basepay to take the Analyst role, even after I mentioned it was the specific responsibilities in the Senior Analyst role that were important to me.
Don't waste your time with a company that doesn't respect your actual CV and career goals. (Also their offer letter contained a clause that said you must give 100% effort to the company during work hours. Unenforceable BS, and just a red flag for their work culture)

Long and quantitative process with many technical questions. Quiet interviewer which makes the process harder in my opinion. No follow up email after 2nd round interview. Interview was an hour long.

Initial HR screen was pretty straightforward. Basic behavioral Qs about why OMERS, why you etc. the HR screen was followed by a chat with their investment team which dove deeper into your own investment style, what things to look out for et cetera.
