I had a 30-minute interview with a senior developer, where I was asked both technical and behavioral questions. The focus was primarily on basic concepts, on foundational skills and how to approach problem-solving in development.

Standard technicals, was for investment research position. It was related to infrastructure, venture and equity research. behavioural questions were intriguing and new to me, not really standard, gauging intellectual curiosity.
