I was contacted via text message and email by a recruiter expressing interest in my posted resume. The interview was with the CEO Patrick and was very informal. He stated that two hours later in the day, he would be doing callbacks for those selected to do a shadow of the staff, to see how they observe and apply themselves to various sales and event tasks. It was all a bit vague on what the position would actually require beyond planning several events for clients, lots of group and team interaction, some traveling involved. I had to ask what the day-to-day looks like way too many times without getting a straight answer.
