It took like over a month before I heard something from them. I was invited for the first interview with one recruitment coordinator who worked there just less than a year (5 months probaby) and one direct manager. I was succeed for the first interview and was invited to meet the HR manager. A day after I was informed that I was not selected due to one and another reason. No difficult questions, mostly about how I end move to the NL, previous experience in Lnd etc. The discussion was smooth tho. At the end i found out that someone was hired with 0 experience in this field. This is just a total waste of my time. If only they informed since the beginning that they want to hire someone with 0 experience, they should have not even bothered to invite me. They shared the story about someone who held the positon and left after half year because she did not feel like staying doing a basic work again and again. Well, not my problem if they have this trauma. seriously, recruitment is strange and the judgment is even unfair.
