      Colloquio

      Possibly the most inappropriate and unprofessional interview process I have ever experienced. In addition to not being transparent throughout the hiring process, I felt cornered into revealing personal information about myself (i.e: my religion) during a panel interview. This information was completely irrelevant to the job I was applying for. I also believe that it is actually illegal in my country (Canada) to ask questions to a candidate regarding their heritage in an interview setting. For an organization trying to make a positive impact on the world, and claims to be inclusive to all, I would seriously recommend looking inwards and reevaluating their own biases, processes, and internal culture.

      What are your feelings on ESG? How do YOU consider yourself diverse? (I have never had this question asked of me in an interview and it had nothing to do with the position I was begin considered fot)

      We’ve reviewed this feedback with the participating panelists and have compared against the interview questions prepared ahead of time for this role and have found the details shared here unequivocally false. At no time during this panel interview were questions asked regarding religion or whether you consider yourself diverse. As an organization we are deeply committed to inclusivity in our hiring and employment practices.

      It was not the most hectic process but also not excellent. The HR person was good but I guess it was more of an internal delay or process issue that led to bit of delay in providing feedback
