Thank you for the feedback. Our internal KPI is to have every candidate complete the process within 2 weeks. Additionally, every candidate will be notified of each decision during every phase of the interview process. At the end of the day, we try to optimize the process to save the candidates the time and headaches of having to drive back and forth to conduct numerous interviews.
