I engaged in a telephone call, lasting thirty minutes, with the hiring manager. After an introduction to the company and a description of the role of the position I was asked general interview questions which were specific to the position.

An initial phone screen was followed one week later by an Zoom interview with the HR manager. Next, a writing test summarizing a CSR was given. No feedback was provided regarding the writing test.
