Was initially called and asked to come in for an interview off of a former employee's recommendation. Interview was with two principals, who asked relevant questions but made me feel comfortable. Got a call a few weeks later.

Having been a recent graduate with little experience, the most difficult question was about where I saw myself in the future and how I would fit into the company.
