The interview process was quick and straightforward. You were told who would interview you ahead of time, and given enough time to prepare. The interviewers will be from the department you'd be placed in. I was offered the job 24 hours after the interview, and was given a few days to think about it before accepting. Once I did that, I was onboarded quickly.
