It's was done via Microsoft Teams online call. The Interview was one-on-one with the head supervisor/mentor of the lab. We spent roughly 25-30 minutes discussing my qualifications and what the role would entail.

Interview process was not complicated, primarily done through computer. Uncertain what other details are helpful. Need to know job and have pertinent questions about the job. Process relies on mentors.

Exchanged emails about position. Filled out application. Chatted with research group about the position and future opportunities. Once reference letters were received I got an offer for the postdoc. Started several months later. Was delayed due to security clearance delay.
