It was very detailed and unnecessarily long process. The capacity test, then the phone call, then the PEI interview, then the role playing then the group assessment........then the very VERY little salary offer. It is totally not worth it. They paid less than the bachelor degree graduate!

What is your strength and what is your weakness? What is your life when you did your master degree? What kind of animal would you describe as yourself????
Uitgebreide persoonlijke, cognitieve en social skills assessment. Eerst online en daarna door op locatie te gaan en verschillende mensen te spreken. Online vooral cognitieve testen, terwijl op locatie vooral werd gepeild naar je persoonlijke motivatie en sociale soft skills.
