I applied online via their website and received a phone call about a week later. I went through a brief phone screening and had an in-person interview the next day. After my interview, I never heard back one way or the other. I attempted to reach the recruiter several times but was always given a voicemail. The lack of communication—even a rejection email is very unprofessional.
