The interview process was quick and painless. Keeping a potential employee engaged is important. Many companies don't communicate application status and I think OS33 did a good job. I met with potential supervisors and leadership to fully understand the job.

At first it went quickly as they told me they were looking to hire ASAP. After the 3rd stage interview, I was ghosted. I chased their recruiter about 3 times and went up to 2 weeks without a response. As of now, there is STILL no response. Completely unprofessional. The employee reviews also seem to clearly indicate that this company does not have their act together. Extremely laughable that the HR/recruiting team is responding to each post as if they have a direct counter point to each critical review. This organization sounds like a hot mess and I'm glad I didn't make the cut.
