It was an online, automated interview via SONRU. As it was prerecorded I could take the interview at anytime suitable for me. I had 1 1/2 Minutes to prepare each question and then 3 minutes to answer them.

Haughty personell more interested in asserting their dominance over an unwitting intern than trying to get to know you as a potential candidate. Obscure questions unrelated to the internship and quiz format to see to what extent you went into the fine print to understand the ins and outs of company policy. unfriendly, unhelpful. Glad I am not working here.

Two people interviewed me with a third one as a moderator. They asked five questions, mainly related to information about the department and the OSCE in general - which is all listed on their website.

First stage was a written 2 hour test - quite challenging but manageable. Second stage was an interview with three people present - 30 minutes and people were friendly and nice. Heard back after two weeks.
