The hole process from submitting application to interview was six months. I was invited to assessment after four month, than for interview. Five panelist, eight competency based questions related to previous experience. The interview was one hour

Online. 5 panelists. Competency based questions.
Before the interview there was a written test, which I found to be voluminous and difficult for the time given to solve it.
On the interview itself, the panel was friendly.

Describe a time when you made a mistake and how did you solve it.
Positive overall climate. Questions were feasible but the selection process is long. They responded after 2 or more months. The selection board was engaging. The written test was also feasible with questions on budget, project proposal drafting and speeches.
Qyestions telated to project management, coordination criss department, with public institutions and other stakeholders; questions related with the workplace (behavioural, ethical).
