Plenty of questions about yourself and your qualifications, relatively friendly interviewers who are transparent but heard the work environment is not the best for overall employee satisfaction. They give everyone a fair chance.

You first get a phone interview and if you pass that you proceed to a face-to-face interview. The people I met with were very easy to talk to and made the interview process more comfortable.
