It was at the recruiter's office, a 30-minute sit-down with 3 of the OSISoft folks. It was more of a phone screen, presumably because if the REAL challenge is the 4-hour Interview Gauntlet (if you make it to the next step).

I had given 2 interview. First round was with recruiter. Second round was with one of the staff software engineer and department head for 1 hour. 20 minutes behavior and 20 minutes technical. 20 minutes open discussion. I gave interview and never got feedback. I feel at least recruiter should send update on either they have selected other candidate or where interview did not go well. This is bit un-professional. This interview was for San Leandro, CA position.
