Applied online and got an email(on the very next day) about the interview date. The rounds- Risk analysis-2 sets of questions(18 questions on each set about risk taking abilities,investment decisions etc) Aptitude- different type of math games with a time limit,addition,finding out odd and even numbers etc. Very easy test. Then they told us to wait in a training lab,there were couple of pc's with a simulated trade app setup, took our cv's and told us to just go through the trade app,to see if we understand something and in the meantime called us for interview one by one Interview- one with an executive and the other with another executive and a trader. Me and some of us had two rounds with the same questions about trading,family background etc. Others had 4-5 rounds,dont know why. Maybe they came into their radar and we didn't. Good experience,but they should hire more people instead of being so selective,i hoped for an offer. Dont know on what basis they select candidates. No rounds were elimination ones,be calm and confident and be ready to answer-why trading,multiple times.

There were 4 rounds first 3 were easy as it was normal math and recording your own video and sending them and one test on assessing yourself. last round was where it got little difficult as there were more then 11 candidates and 9 other ostc recruiting team assessing you on what you say.
