Submitted resume, followed up with email, received an application which was then submitted. I was called in for an interview with the Branch Manager and the sales manager. I had one interview and then waited 2 weeks for an offer

Tell me about yourself? Why would you like to work for Otis? What experience do you have in sales? Tell me about how you would develop business in new city? Why should we hire you? Do you have any questions?
2 rounds, recruiter screen, then team interview with 2 people + presentation on topic of choice. Very typical behavioral questions about work style and teamwork. The interview was for a new graduate position.
Great easy interview process as long as you know the right people.
Takes a long time to get access to systems but once you get going, there is no stopping.
There were Multiple interviews over the course of four weeks during the time of the pandemic . They were all taken place over zoom. Questions were fairly basic and really focused on past sales experiences
