Heard about the job through on-campus career fair, start off with a phone interview, then 1 on 1 interview on campus for round 2, once passed, third round of interview was to go through 3 groups of 2 managers of local/regional level, got an offer first thing in the morning Monday of the week after.
2 rounds, recruiter screen, then team interview with 2 people + presentation on topic of choice. Very typical behavioral questions about work style and teamwork. The interview was for a new graduate position.
Great easy interview process as long as you know the right people.
Takes a long time to get access to systems but once you get going, there is no stopping.
There were Multiple interviews over the course of four weeks during the time of the pandemic . They were all taken place over zoom. Questions were fairly basic and really focused on past sales experiences
