The interview was conducted in line with industry practice. Some follow-up was needed but overall it was a good experience. Recommended to continue the process and improve if possible in future to make it more effective

The process was smooth and well organized. I worked through a recruiter and between them and Otis HR they took care of everything and the communication was amazing. Started with a phone interview, next had an interview with several of the team and then meet with two folks from the org for a final interview.
