Three in person interviews, the last of which you have to drive to their office which was 3 hrs away for me. In this final interview you have to do 4 30min interviews back to back each with a different person, and then a presentation. They claimed they would reimburse for gas money but never did. Felt like a big waste of my time and money.

Most of the interviews (there were 6 in total) were average questions you would get anywhere. Strengths, weaknesses, leadership experience, etc. One interviewer was pretty hard with the "tell me why we should hire you" type questions.
