Very informal, but asks good questions and provide scenarios to walk through. Interviewed by several groups of 2 at a time, broken up into what their particular specialty was. Each interview asked several questions while asking if you had any in return. It was a very personable experience, which I believe also helped determine if you we're going to be the correct fit within the organization.
