I was called by a recruiter who thought I was a good fit for the position. I sent her my resume and had a phone screen the following week. I moved forward at that point and was flown out for an in-person interview. I was offered the position and moved out to Phoenix two weeks later. Within 5 seconds I knew Liz was rude, bored, inexperienced, and I lost interest. After the call ended, I did a little digging and found that this position boasted a high turnover.
