As I was a fresher at that time, I got the chance to attend the interview through Campus Placement. There was one round of GD and 2 rounds of Interview. The interview is mainly done to understand how you handle stress. They only look for people who have good attitude, good language skills, good persuading skills, and mainly, people who can handle stress well.
