2 Step process. First initial screening with recruiter then another one with a Senior CIS and the Practice Manager. It's an entry level position and they are looking for a background in life sciences and interest in medicine. They want you to be passionate, empathetic and good with navigating technology.

The phone interview process was seamless. Responses were sent to the supervisors which will result in a video interview if successful. This company will also sign off on clinical hours needed for college!

The interviewing process was relatively fast after the first interview. First interview was with an HR representative and usual interview questions were asked. After that there was a second interview that was more position specific.

After applying, about 2 days later I had a phone call with a recruiter which then was followed up by an interview with the practice manager. Pretty quick interview process.
